We also have many more local options like Klarna or iDeal.

You can enter your coupon code during the check-out phase.

You can not use two discount codes at the same time, only one is possible. Choose wisely. ;-)

We are currently unable to package your order as a gift. The bracelets come with nice packaging as you can see on the product pages.

We are working on gift packaging for the future.

Shipping times depend on the Shipping option chosen.

With FedEx Express Shipping it takes 1 to 3 days to the US, UK and Europe. When you choose Standard Shipping, it takes between 3 to 5 days to the UK and Europe. And up to 12 days to the US. We ship from our location in Amsterdam.

Yes, you will always receive a Track & Trace code to follow your bracelets or watch straps. Both for FedEx Express Shipping as for Standard Tracked shipping. 

We ship our Men's Bracelets and other goodies from Amsterdam, the Netherlands where we have our office & warehouse.

We ship within 24 hours, and if you order before 4pm Amsterdam time we try to ship the same day.

So in case you want to change your address please be super fast in sending a message to hi@chibuntu.com.

If we already shipped, we can't change the address anymore without incurring costs.

The shipment will be send back again which also costs us money. So if you want to change the address after it is shipped we have to charge €10 in order to send it again. We hope you understand. 🙏

We are an authentic small bracelet boutique, so we don't provide return labels.

As soon as we have received your refunded product we will refund the price of the products within a business day.

With PayPal it can sometimes take a week before it gets back to you. With Credit Card payments it should go super quick.
