Why we have to
UNICEF believes that all children have a right to survive, thrive and fulfill their potential – to the benefit of a better world. We couldn’t agree more, children have the future and the truth. Children don’t judge until we teach them to. Children don’t discriminate until society sells them a lie that at the core we are different.
Children are awesome but don’t have the same opportunities everywhere. The world has changed, but the needs of children haven’t.
UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child. Every child deserves a life where opportunities are present and achievable. UNICEF was created with a distinct purpose in mind: to work with others to overcome the obstacles that poverty, violence, disease and discrimination place in a child’s path.

How UNICEF helps
In all of its work, UNICEF takes a life-cycle based approach, recognizing the particular importance of early childhood development and adolescence. UNICEF works together and has initiated a lot of different projects.
They, for example, focus on child protection and inclusion, where they work with partners from around the world to promote policies and increase access to services that protect children.
Another initiative that we really like is their involvement in education, as we believe all kids have the right to learn and develop. UNICEF supports quality learning, especially to those that have a high chance of being left behind.
They don’t stop here though, for an overview of all their initiatives please check their website here.
Thousand of reasons to support UNICEF in their goals, so we started donating 10% of our net profit from our light blue bracelets. We’ve been big fans of them for a long time, and aside from using their keychain, it’s time we add a bit more value and start donating.
For each Sky Blue bracelet, we donate 10% to the UNICEF.
We launched the sky blue collection in January 2020, so our first donation will be made by the end of the year. So you can still be part of it, and do some good for all the children in need. We not only want to help the kids, but also support other good causes. Read all about it here.
