When our goodies are shipped with Standard Shipping options (non-FedEx) it is impossible to change the address. This will result in a return of the shipment, where we incur costs for both the shipment and the return.
In order to ship your purchase again we have to charge €10 which covers the Standard Shipping Costs. You can read it in our F.A.Q. here.
We're a small bracelet boutique and would love to do it differently, but we're afraid we can't and have to pass on these costs.
